AmeriGas Acquires South Florida Lift Gas Business in Miami

Acquisition Expands the Company’s Forklift Cylinder Exchange Capabilities

VALLEY FORGE, Pa., August 9, 2022 – AmeriGas Propane (“AmeriGas”), the nation’s largest retail propane marketer and a subsidiary of UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI), has acquired the Miami operations of South Florida Lift Gas.

South Florida Lift Gas serves primarily forklift cylinder exchange customers in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade Counties. These commercial customers will now be serviced from AmeriGas’ Medley, Florida, location.
